Military families face many challenges including financial hardships when a loved one is deployed. Golf for the Troops helps those families by awarding scholarships to family members of active military personnel serving here at home or abroad. Support our military personnel by participating in the 6th Annual Golf for the Troops State Pro-Am. To date, this event has awarded over $60,000 in scholarship funds.

A Pro-Am event partners amateur players with a Nebraska PGA professional. Golf for the Troops is played at Firethorn Golf Club, one of the toughest courses in the state, providing a challenge to amateurs and Nebraska PGA professionals. All players must have a USGA certified handicap. Play begins at 9:30am Monday, July 16th. The day will conclude with a banquet and auction with onsite players bidding against online bidders worldwide.
